Delete your Clockwyze account and data

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@depzilla.com with the subject "Delete my Clockwyze account", including your name, company, and employee number. You may also hand the same request to your HR department, who will forward it to us. We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we delete or irreversibly de-link:

• Your login credentials and the link between your login and your employee record
• Your registered device binding (device identifier)
• Your profile photo and self-service profile fields (contact details, address)
• Your notification and app-preference data
• Support-ticket attachments you uploaded, where no longer needed to resolve an open matter

Biometric confirmation is performed entirely on your phone — Clockwyze never stores fingerprints or face data, so there is no biometric data to delete on our side.

What we must keep, and why

Clockwyze records your attendance for payroll. Your attendance punches, daily time records, leave records, and cash-advance records are employment records that your employer is legally required to retainunder Philippine labor and tax regulations, for the retention periods those laws set. Deleting your account removes your access and your login, but these records are kept for your employer's statutory compliance and are no longer accessible through any app account. Once the applicable retention periods end, they are deleted or anonymized.

Timeline

• We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of identity verification
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days on the normal backup rotation

Good to know

• Deleting your Clockwyze account does not end your employment or change any obligation between you and your employer
• If you are still employed, your employer may create a fresh employee record for you to claim, since timekeeping may be a condition of your role
• Uninstalling the app does not delete your account — send the request above
